Dan and Mike did a great job of getting us in and out of the dealership in a quick and efficient manner. I arrived at the dealership about 5:30 after work and was home by 6:30. Pleasantly surprised with trading my RX in for a new model- came in for an oil change, & thanks to talking with Julie Shaw & indicating perhaps an interest to her, had a great experience with Tarek Jeba model- came in for an oil change, & thanks to talking with Julie Shaw & indicating perhaps an interest to her, had a great experience with Tarek Jebali for our salesperson. Although this was our third RX, he pointed out enhancements we didn't know about & really helped educate us on all the "extras"...... very easy experience with no pressure involved.
