Just bought my first Lexus, and can't say enough about how easy & pleasurable this experience was. I dread car buying, but Jeff Breaux (only bro in selling cars) was amazing! I had called ahead of time and he explained how seaching online brings up all cars at a Hendrick's dealership. We discussed what was available in my area, and set a time to do a couple of test drives. The cars were ready to go when I arrived and he gave me time (and space) to do a walk-around for both vehicles. Jeff took me for test drives on a route that comfortably let me see what the vehicles could do, answered all my questions, and left the decision-making in my hands. He never once pressured me for a decision! Once I decided, the process to complete the purchase was easy, and again, no pressure to buy unnecessary things. I would recommend Jeff and Hendricks to everyone who wants to car shop on their terms and at their pace. Best car-buying experience I have ever had! More
