I have to give a superior rating to Tarek Jebali. My husband recently purchased a new Lexus. Tarek helped us to install my husband's bluetooth in the new car. Trying to add my phonebook to the system, husband recently purchased a new Lexus. Tarek helped us to install my husband's bluetooth in the new car. Trying to add my phonebook to the system, the bluetooth connection to my vehicle was inadvertently deleted. I did not realize until I returned to Leavenworth and drove my car that my bluetooth was no longer connected to my car. I returned to Superior Lexus North the next morning and Tarek spent half an hour getting my bluetooth reconnected and helping me to install my phonebook again. He was so patient and helpful to me and I wanted to express my appreciation. More

We had 2 very bad experiences with Lexus South so I decided to call Lexus North to see if it was just Lexus in general or the dealership itself. The process of getting oriented to the car took longer than it should because Jack and Robb kept getting called away to other stuff. Part of that is my fault in that I don't think I told them what time I'd be arriving at the dealership to pick up the car. I think if they'd known that they could have set uninterrupted time aside. Would be nice if they give a nice Lexus key ring to go with the keys. The car overall was in great shape but the windshield really needed to be cleaned better.
