We took our Lexus to Superior Lexus North to have two items repaired, one covered under the Lexus warranty, and one under an extended warranty we purchased from the Lexus dealer that sold us the car. Th items repaired, one covered under the Lexus warranty, and one under an extended warranty we purchased from the Lexus dealer that sold us the car. The car sat for two days before they even started working on it. During this time my wife and I were mislead about the status of the repairs. I spoke to the Service Manager about what had happened and he said he was sorry and would look into the matter and call us back. Neither my wife nor I received a return call. Although the people we dealt with were, on the surface, friendly, my feeling is they could care less about repairing our car, and maybe that is due to the fact that we bought it from a different dealer. Putting aside any excuse the dealer has, our overall experience was extremely poor, and we will never return to this dealer again unless it is for a Lexus warranty repair. More

Terek made us feel welcome from the minute he shook our hand. The sales process was smooth and we never felt pressured to make a deal that we were not comfortable with. All the people we dealt with during the purchase our new car were courteous and knowledgeable. Jack helped us find the car we wanted by showing us the many options available at the dealership.
