We had a great experience. We got the car we wanted at a price we wanted. Our salesman was honest, friendly & helped us move thru the process quickly and easily. Then he drove the car back from Shawnee, Kansas so that we wouldn't have to go so far. All of our questions were answered and the whole process was complete, including financing within the span of a few hours from start to finish. Cory Goff, new car sales manager, sealed the deal with a hassle-free - bottom-line approach, sharing sensible options that met our goals and expectations . Ron, introduced us to our personal "service representative, John," and provided a facility tour ensuring that we understood Superior's company and customer expectations. Michael Arnone, business manager, kept the final transaction process simple and professional. Kathy Groenenboom completed the experience with a private, on-site tutoring, patiently tailoring the vehicle to meet our personal needs. Before visiting we had heard from Jennifer Vinson and Julie Shaw by phone, and Don had met them previously when in the dealership. They both encouraged us to come in and check out their new and used inventory. We had also dealt with Daniel Cundiff and when we arrived, we were warmly greeted by him. He inquired as to what type of vehicle we were interested in. We told him we would like to see if they had any LX models, preferably pre-owned. Don wanted his wife, Gloria, to drive the LX and compare it to the GX we own (which we also bought from Superior Lexus North). Don had previously driven an LX and was impressed with the ride and the features. We looked at and drove the 2010 LX they had in their inventory. We both loved the car but preferred another color. it was a dark red with a charcoal interior. We were hoping for a black or silver since we already owned two red cars. Dan then said he would check the inventory of their other dealerships. He found exactly what we were looking for in North Carolina. It was a 570LX 2011 black exterior and cashmere interior and very low mileage. We were able to come to agreement on the price, and Dan proceeded to finalize the deal that day, and made arrangements for delivery of the car to their dealership. Once it arrived, he offered to deliver the car to us at our home in Carthage, MO as we were tied up with other commitments until the first week of March. When Dan arrived with the car, we were ecstatic with the overall appearance. He had stopped in Carthage and taken it through a car wash because of the snow we had recently, and he wanted it to look perfect for us. Overall, Dan did a fabulous job for Superior Lexus North as did Michael Arnone with the paperwork on the car. Mike Taylor also does a super job handling the car service for Superior Lexus North. Another person we dealt with by phone was Paco in the Parts Department as we wanted to order all weather floor mats. In conclusion, superior service from a superior dealership! More

I have been a customer of Superior Lexus North since 2007. Every person that I have come across has treated me very politely and professionally. My wife and I purchased a 2012 CT200H from them in July of last year and at the end of January, a GS350. Steve Keltner, the salesperson we work with, is great. He is knowledgeable about the entire line, works to help you find what is right for you, and never pressures you. When I have taken my previous car in for service, the guys there again are very helpful and a pleasure to work with. They want to make sure you are happy with all aspects of your visit there. It’s a great dealership and I highly recommend them. More

From the moment I called the dealership and spoke with Julie Shaw, to meeting with Cory Goff and Heather Marzan and finally Michael Arnone, I felt respected and valued as a customer. I felt like they were trying to develop a long term customer relationship, which is what I perfer. I feel I got a very fair deal on a new car, which I love. We started looking at vehicles at Reliable in Springfield. They didn't really act like they wanted to work with us or make a deal. We drove from Springfield to Kansas City. The dealership closed at 6pm and they took care of us very well until we drove off the lot around 10pm. They detailed our new car and then took the time to go over the options in our new car. The deal was done and I was pleasantly surprised that they were taking the extra time to go over options with us so late at night. More
Orlando kept us in the loop of the status of the Truck while we were out of town. We really appreciated knowing it was still available so that we could swing by directly from the airport. I have been working with Dan for the last year trying to find that "perfect" used car. Knowing how picky I am about my vehicles, Dan was very patient and always kept me in mind when a vehicle would come on find that "perfect" used car. Of course I only had certain colors I would consider and the milage had to be low, but Dan was persistent in finding me that one car I would love. And he succeeded.
