We bought a car this week from Dustin Nelson and we could not of been more pleased with him as a professional salesman. We had shopped at other Lexus dealerships in MO and out of state. Dustin is very knowlegable with all the Lexus models, plus he was polite in helping us decide which model met our current needs. The entire process was completed easily and without any surprises, even the finance manager, Mike Arnone exceeded my expectations. After the big surprise, my wife and I had an awesome delivery acceptance experience with Kathy Groenenboom, what an absolute pleasure to be around, and she answered absolutely every question!! Not to be outdone, the Service Department was second to none when we had a few concerns with the car, Richard Walker quickly put our minds at ease and is possibly the friendliest person I think I have ever met!
