I would like to commend Paco Marley who works in the parts department at Hendrick North Lexus. Over the last six months, I have purchased several parts to install myself on to my older IS300. My family has now owned 5 Lexus cars---I have owned a LS430, LS460L and now a LS460---my wife has owned 2 LX cars and drives the LX350 now. Having gone through the sales process several times (2 times a LS430, LS460L and now a LS460---my wife has owned 2 LX cars and drives the LX350 now. Having gone through the sales process several times (2 times at the Hendrick Lexus South Store in Kansas City; 2 times at the Sewell Lexus Store in Ft Worth; and, this time at the Hendrick Lexus North in Kansas City), I want you to know this was the most enjoyable new car buying process I have gone through. I really enjoyed working with Lance Swenson (Retail Sales). He had the best overall demeanor and sales personality I've encountered in my Lexus purchases....professional and not pushy.....and we meshed right away. If I had a question, he got me an answer.....I asked him to make available my 3 color choices and 3 inside seat leather/steering wheel combinations on the planned second visit when I brought my wife over with me so we could see them "live" rather than just in the book. He rounded up cars to give me the selections I asked for.....and, I bought the LS460 Matador Red Mica with Flaxen Leather and the Shimamoku Expresso Wood Interior Trim. It helped a lot to have real examples of the contrasts....the book isn't even close to the real Matador Red Mica (the gold mica chips in the sun light are special and you can't see them in the book); and, the flaxen leather color in the book is somewhat different in appearance than it really is in the car. I'm a pretty conservative guy and Matador Red Mica is a "new me." Seeing those gold mica chips in the sun light was really special. Once we selected the car and combinations I wanted, Lance was able to locate the vehicle and get it shipped into Kansas City in 4 days. I also enjoyed the session with Kathy Groenenboom who took Peggy and me through every feature in the car. I was a CEO in the Division of a publicly traded company for a number of years and I know the value of superior customer service; and she has the perfect personality to deal with customers....she explained everything thoroughly and with the perfect delivery. She is really good at what she does. Since we moved back to Kansas from Texas 3 years ago, we have always used the Hendrick Lexus North Store for our service on the LS460L and LX (we have never used anyone other than Lexus to do our service on all the Lexus cars we've owned). They do excellent work and are a pleasure to deal with. This was the very best purchasing experience yet for the 5 Lexus cars we have owned (they have all been very good). Sincerely, Richard F. From my very first phone call to the dealership to the closing of the deal, Steve Keltner and the rest of the Hendrick’s staff were immediately there to answer every question. It was this kind of service that led me back to the dealership this year to purchase another excellent Lexus. This is emphasized in my residence being approximately 250 miles away from the dealership. This experience was equal in quality and outcome. Steve Keltner, Casey Goff and Kathy Groenenboom all provided me with an outstanding customer experience! I have much appreciation for their dedication to provide me and my family of an excellent example of customer support. They are much appreciated. Friendliness: The friendliness experienced this as last time was excellent! Every contact from the receptionist to time spent with Kathy set a very fine example of kindness and warmth. My wife and I were made comfortable throughout our entire interaction. Genuine attention to our needs was expressed by all. I am not certain how more sincere and friendly they could be. Overall experience: As is noted in the dealership name…..”Superior”. This purchase was as pleasant as one could experience in purchasing a car! There was no pressure to the sales. I have to say, I have been to a lot of dealers, this by far, was the best experience I have ever had. From the first moment we pulled up and when we took the car home. They treated us like family. They had our Lexus waiting in the show case room and it was nice and clean and shiny. Kathy helped me to settle in to my new car with many helpful hints on using the advanced technology my ES offers. Dan sent me off with the assurance that we had accomplished a great choice for me, and the reassurance that Superior Lexus would stand strong to follow through on their commitment to provide the best service possible.
