Bad Service I took my car in for service on 7/14/15 got a call back and was told it would not be ready till the 16th. I told them that i could not get my car on t I took my car in for service on 7/14/15 got a call back and was told it would not be ready till the 16th. I told them that i could not get my car on that day because i was going out of town. I was told don't worry about it just pick it up when you get back in town. I was told my car would be secured. when i go to pick my car up on the 20th my car was broken into. They told me it would all be fixed. I didn't get my car back till the 25th and it was still not right. The driver door had paint damage to it and when they put in the new window the door panel was also damaged. There was water in my car from when it rained the night my car was broken to. The service manger Justin Ayers told me that if the car had more than a broken window that it would be my insurance that would have to fix it. Also the day i went to pick up my car i noticed that my driver side wheels had be damaged. I was told to come back on monday and talk to Justin Ayers. He told me that they would take care of everything. I took my car back to them on the 3rd of Aug. I got a call on the 5th saying my car was ready. When i got their the door panel was not fixed and the out side paint had not been fied also. The wheels where never touched. I was told be Justin Ayers that they had tried to fix them. When i asked to speak to to Justin he had already gone home for the day at 3 in the afternoon. I asked to speak to the GM Ken Newman and told him what was going on and he call Justin. After talking to Justin and Ken they both stated that the damage to my wheels was pre-existing damage and it would not be fixed by them. I was told that i would have to buy new wheels out of my own pocket. This after i was told be Justin on 7/27/15 that Lexus would take care of it. I would not take my car to Hendrick Lexus Kansas City North. They don't have cameras on the outside of the building and don't pay anybody to secure their parking lot at night. More

Non-negotiable, SUPRISINGLY disorganized My husband and I recently bought a vehicle from Hendrick Lexus North and got close to 10 e-mails asking to write a review, which I kept putting off, b My husband and I recently bought a vehicle from Hendrick Lexus North and got close to 10 e-mails asking to write a review, which I kept putting off, but here it is... First of all, the dealer came at us with an offer on a trade-in value for my car, a 2007 Mazda6 (KBB value of $4500), at $500.....roughly what it cost to put 4 new tires on it a couple months before. By the way, I sold it to a private party for $3,250. They wouldn't even reconsider offering more for the trade-in. On top of that, they were incredibly non-negotiable on the price of a 2013 Lexus RX350, no matter what we counter-offered - even offering to pay cash in full. We couldn't agree on the price of the 2013 so I looked at a 2010 and decided to go with that. A few days after purchasing, the dealership e-mails me an attachment of our loan document because they had misplaced it or accidently shredded their copy of our signed loan contract. I had to go out of my way to get it printed off and taken back to the dealership. We had to schedule a separate time to get the delivery on the car and remote start put in so my husband called up there to do that. I even got an e-mail confirmation for the appointment. When he got there, they didn't have the delivery scheduled on their calendar, so the person who normally does it wasn't available. He never got a proper delivery. The thing that has me most compelled to finally write this review is what happened today. When my husband went to get the car licensed, the license bureau informs us that the car has a lean on it from the previous owners. This was never disclosed to us OR included in the paperwork sent to us from the dealership. My husband called the dealership to ask about it and they insist that the lean paperwork was in the packet, but it was NOT. I plan on having a Lexus for the rest of my life, trading it in after a few years. This dealership will NEVER get our business again and I will NOT be recommending this to anyone I know looking for a Lexus. It's a shame there aren't more Lexus dealerships around where we live but we will be traveling to St. Louis or Springfield next time. More

It was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. He took the time to get to know me and knew exactly what I wanted - a pre-owned Lexus with 10,000 or less miles. He shopped until he found the exact car I was looking for. He is respectful and is a straight shooter. I guarentee you will enjoy working with him! More

Bravo to Sameh Youssef's salesmanship approach of being able to communicate solid knowledge of his product, in this case a Toyota Avalon, and his company's willingness and ability to service it thru the duration of ownership. The professionalism that was exhibited, not just by Sameh, but from each and every staff member with whom I had dealings during the entire purchase process made this a pleasant, non-pressure venture. I look forward now to the top notch Customer Service that I'm sure I will receive. More
