We never have done that before with any other car. I met with Dan Cundiff. He was so friendly and helpful with going over all the updates and dealing with my husband over the phone. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. He took a couple of hours to go over everything with me. Corey was helpful also going over the paper work and options available. We have bought twice now from this dealership and have been extremely pleased with our purchases. I would recommend this dealer and staff. Love my new Lexus! More

I was looking to trade 2 vehicles up for 1 newer vehicle. I decided on a BMW and was disappointed on the trade in values, but went through with the deal. I was told that for 30 days if I wasn't happy that I decided on a BMW and was disappointed on the trade in values, but went through with the deal. I was told that for 30 days if I wasn't happy that I could bring it back. When I had driven the car for a week or so, I noticed a shifting anomaly that I wanted checked out. The dealership scheduled for my car to go to the BMW dealership to be checked out further. In the mean time I did some research on BMW forums and a lot of people complained about what I was experiencing and it appears to be jus the way BMW transmissions work, so I asked about the option that was mentioned earlier about bringing it back and picking another vehicle. When I mentioned that on the phone when I was finally able to reach Jeremy I was told yes, pick something else out. So I found a car that I thought might be a better fit for me at a higher price. then we sat down to do that deal, I was told that they would give me $2,000 less than what I paid less than 2 weeks prior. When I asked about the 30 promise to make me happy, I was told they never said they would do a deal at the same price. I was given some line that they have to pay so much to have the vehicle recertified, and detailed and that cost Mr. Walter $2,000. I don't believe that and felt lied to about the ability to bring the vehicle back. I will never do business with people that treat me that way, and I will tell everyone about my experience. I did not do the deal for the $2000 loss. I took the BMW back to have the transmission looked at and they supposedly had an appointment for a certain day, but it was a full week before I got my car back and was told that nothing was wrong with it. No paperwork showing was tested or checked, just told that there's nothing wrong with it. It was a frustrating couple of weeks with many unreturned phone calls, and feelings of being lied to. More

He introduced me to Casey Goff and we quickly made the connection that he was familiar with where I live (small world). He soon had me taking a test drive with Steve Keltner. I liked Steve's style; friendly, educational, and followed up. I felt like all three of them really wanted me to have this car...just had to talk my husband into it! Paperwork was quick and I came back in a few days for one-on-one training provided by Kathy Groenenboom. I certainly would refer family & friends to the dealership and too work with any of these fine folks. More
We used Superior Lexus North's airport shuttle and had our RX350 serviced while we were gone. Bad weather caused us to miss our return flight to Kansas City on a Friday. We were also unable to fly o had our RX350 serviced while we were gone. Bad weather caused us to miss our return flight to Kansas City on a Friday. We were also unable to fly out on Saturday. I called our service department contact, Colby Lieurance, about having our car moved to the airport on Saturday so that it would be there when we returned on Sunday. He indicated that the car could not be locked because of the keyless ignition system and offered to open the service department and have our car ready when our plane arrived. This is certainly more than we expected and is indicative of the level of service we have received since purchasing two Lexuses from this dealership! More
I bought a used 2006 Lexus LX from you Hendrick North Kansas City, this is the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. I would never recommend friend or someone I know to buy car from Hendrick Le Kansas City, this is the worst experience I ever had in my entire life. I was coming from out of state and work with Tarek and Julie over the phone. When I arrive Tarek had everything ready to go for me He did a great job answering my questions and going over any concerns I Julie over the phone. If your looking for a great deal and salesperson just ask for Tarek when you arrive. Mike did a great job in the business office as well. Although I never meet Julie I was happy with the service she provided on the phone. Dealership was very clean as well and had a comfortable lounge while we waited.
