First time in the door I contacted Hendrick Lexus regarding a specific used car that was advertised. When I drove in, the vehicle was parked front and center for my inspect I contacted Hendrick Lexus regarding a specific used car that was advertised. When I drove in, the vehicle was parked front and center for my inspection and Chandler was immediately available. He answered all of my questions and more. He was most pleasant, patient and helpful. I do not like to go through extensive negotiations and found Chandler to be MOST accommodating and pleasant throughout the very brief and NONSTRESSFULL price agreement process. This Dealership treated my wife and I with respect and friendliness. We were able to see, drive, price, and trade in a vehicle as well as arrange financing and drive out the door with our new pre-owned vehicle in a little over 2 hours. Despite the fact that there are 2 Lexus dealerships located closer to us than Hendrick Lexus North, this is now, and will remain, OUR Lexus Dealership.
