When we finally went to the dealership, we worked with Shawn Carrigan, who was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. He took us on several test drives of different models and we actually ended up getting a different car than originally intended! Like any car buying experience, there is a lot of time spent negotiating and then filling out paperwork but Shawn bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and attended to which made the process as painless as possible.
