I had my 40,000 mile service today and I must say what an awesome experience! Alvi welcomed me when I arrived he told me the service that I would be having and that he’ll make sure everything is taken care awesome experience! I purchased a car from them in November of 2020. This was my second time purchasing from this dealer, the first time being back in 2014. This time felt different. They went above and beyond in some areas, my second time purchasing from this dealer, the first time being back in 2014. This time felt different. They went above and beyond in some areas, but in others, they failed miserably. The finance guy was a nightmare (Omar). Completely unorganized, had no idea what he was talking about. Basically forcing me to buy this "add on" warranty that only Hendricks offers because the Lexus factory warranty wasn't good enough. I kept declining over and over... he would not take no for an answer. Telling me he would bring the general manager (April) in as I was making a huge mistake in not purchasing this "Hendricks only" warranty. Exhausted I finally gave in to this high-pressure tactic as the process was becoming miserable. I've bought plenty of cars in my life and this was the first time the finance office was truly unbearable. Then we get to delivery. Kathy G could have cared less. I was dressed down that day and she sure made me feel like it. In fact, during some questions I had, she got up to take a personal call on her cell phone and left me there wondering what the xxxx was going on. I know we all have bad days or off days but the collection of people who helped me that day was miserable. Here's the funny part. They most likely could tell I wasn't too pleased with how everything went and went and altered my email after I'd left so I wouldn't get the new car survey from Lexus. I know my email was correct before as I'm an existing customer. The Lexus store out south gets much better reviews, so I'll be trying them for my next Lexus purchase. More

personally felt like I was taken advantage of.. I'm a nurse who is working long hours through the pandemic and they knew this.. I would not recommend this place as they come across nice but are secretly nurse who is working long hours through the pandemic and they knew this.. My salesperson would not even take the number I was requesting to his manager, he simply said "Oh he will never accept that" What is a salesman for if he isn't supposed to be helpful. then when the manager approached with the ole " I just dont know if I can do that" and then he agreed to a much higher number then I requested, because they had me a sign a a paper at the higher number the managers response was "well this is what you agreed to". Yeah sure because your salesman wouldn't even offer you what I wanted. I had been searching for a car for months in the small amount of time I had off and they took advantage of a tired nurse who was tired of arguing with adults inside a dealership. Not only that, they gave me a 5% interest rate on a credit score of 804 and claimed that was normal and wouldn't even address the question as to why when I asked. When I got the car, that I paid too much for, home I found multiple issues. Gas tank won't close and opens when I close the door too hard. A glued mirror that no one can explain, following me asking what happened to the car at the dealership as it was in a "minor accident" at which the salesman Sean never gave me an answer to but stumbled through and then disregarded my actual questions. The toggle on the car, which is required to run the radio, sticks in the cold, and there was a pretty significant scratch I missed on the drivers door but they continued to claim after finding many flaws on the vehicle that the accident was minor. Haven't gotten any rectification for any of this nor will they admit they took advantage of me so proceed with caution. Don't recommend going in as a woman alone More
