A long time friend who is also a life long Lexus customer referred me to Dennis DeGoosh at Hendrick Lexus. After having a horrible experience from another previous dealership, He was very helpful in sending referred me to Dennis DeGoosh at Hendrick Lexus. After having a horrible experience from another previous dealership, He was very helpful in sending photos of vehicles I may like to purchase. On 4/11/2023, after Dennis sent me a photo of a Lexus SUV, I was intrigued. I arrived later that afternoon with my mind set on not getting my hopes on this vehicle. To my surprise, it was everything I wanted and more within the SUV. Dennis was helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Since this was my first time purchasing a vehicle in 15 years, he was very helpful with getting the paperwork together and showing me how to use some of the options in operating the SUV!!
