Michael Mirek is my service advisor and he has always gone above what is expected. He explains things to me in a way that I can understand them and I feel very comfortable working with him. As a woman it is extremely important to completely trust your advisor. This is the second Lexus he has helped me with and I am sure when I get another one he will be the person I chose to be my advocate/advisor. Michael is a great asset to Hendrix Lexus. am excited to share my first experience with Hendrick Lexus in my new city of Charlotte. I purchased my wife's 2016 Lexus CT 200h (in California) as a wedding gift. I need to take the liberty to say the Lexus in my new city of Charlotte. I purchased my wife's 2016 Lexus CT 200h (in California) as a wedding gift. I need to take the liberty to say the Lexus was the wisest purchase I have made so far. Maintenance on the vehicle has been very reasonable and repairs are seldom and minor. We arrived at the service doors of Hendrick and were promptly greeted by an intake tech and then our service advisor Mike M. Let me just say right away, Mike is an excellent listener, and once you meet him personally you'll know your service experience will meet your expectations (pretty much no matter how high). What I would like to share most about our experience at Hendrick is that service on our Lexus began well within the timeframe of our appointment and the the turnaround for completion for brake inspection and repair was about 2.5 hours. They did not surprise me with any extra unnecessary repairs, and gave me a video showing what was actually wrong as the technician was inspecting my Lexus! The price out the door for the brake maintenance was spot on with what I would expect to pay based on my experience. What was also impressive, was how engaging all of the Hendrick's employees appeared to be. They were all uniformed in appearance and all had a professional demeanor about themselves. To me this is telling of excellent leadership and management. Oh by the way, we got a complimentary car wash that included vacuuming the inside (many dealers do not do this). I will return to Hendrick for all of my Lexus service needs to say the least. Thank You Mike and the rest of the Hendrick team for an excellent first experience and solid beginning to our business relationship! More
Dropped off my car with Michael Mirek for a broken sunshade assembly. I can't say enough good things about Michael - this was a somewhat complicated repair, and he kept me up to date on an almost dail sunshade assembly. He also texted me while he was off work to let me know my car was ready (the dealership had also contacted me) and to make sure everything was ok. Not the first time I work with him, and I am always amazed at his customer service focus. More
