I recently needed to get a new vehicle due to change in employment/fleet vehicles. I had not driven an SUV in 4 years, so I wasn’t sure what I was interested in. Diane Lamm was very helpful as she never on employment/fleet vehicles. I had not driven an SUV in 4 years, so I wasn’t sure what I was interested in. Diane Lamm was very helpful as she never once pushed me to decide and provided me with the information I needed which included coming back 2 additional times to drive a car and then help figure out the best option for my situation. She even researched to see if/when the vehicle I was most interested in would be available. Once we decided on the Lexus TX350, she checked on us throughout the afternoon as we completed other steps and was able to get the car ready before we left (it had just arrived that day from the truck). Justin quickly got me into my tech appointment and did a great job showing me the features of the car. Would recommend them again! More
