This is my second purchase from Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte. Both were certified Lexus purchases and seamless transactions. that is why I return to Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte even though it is a 2 Charlotte. He was extremely responsive to my questions and able to work out a great deal with a trade-in prior to my driving to Charlotte. Upon arrival he had most of the paperwork completed and let me know what was happening throughout the process. Next up was Paul for all the signatures and confirmations of our new purchase. I had also seen Paul with my first purchase. Paul has been at the dealership for a long time and knows his stuff! He's extremely personable and a joy to work with.
