I recently had my damaged windshield replaced, as well as some routine maintenance and a state inspection on my RX 350. As usual, excellent service. Marisa Kovaly was wonderful to work with. My car was ready sooner than expected - they have to coordinate the windshield replacement by an outside auto glass provider and the calibration by Lexus. Marisa knew that I didn't want to fight the late afternoon traffic and let me know immediately. She also helped me find replacement adhesive strips for my EZ Pass transponder! More
