He is knowledgeable about all Lexus cars and he explained everything clearly about my car, and took care of the car promptly and efficiently. When making a service appointment, they always ask if you have a preferred service consultant to be assigned for your visit. I suggest you ask for David on your next visit. I certainly will. More
