since the day I purchased my 2016 RX350 I have only used Hendrick Lexus on Independence for maintenance work. Additionally, I work with Service Consultant Dave Machold. BUT, I also enjoy his personality and ability to laugh while engaging We own two 2016 RX350s and use Dave for both ... when he asks "which one" I respond "the gray (or blue) one".
