We have owned Lexus cars since 2003 and continue to enjoy driving them and getting the service needed in a timely and professional manner. The last service visit was 6/4/25 for our 2023 ES350. Vanessa Hardley was our service rep and she was very good, appreciate her attention to our service. I would also like to mention that when i first arrived and was waiting for Vanessa, who was involved with another customer a young lady in the service check in area a couple of times came over and let me know the situation, which was very much appreciated. I wish i could remember that young lady's name to mention it. More

I just stopped by today to get someone to help me pair my new iPhone and I went inside to the desk and this nice young gentleman Will Adams immediately smiled and said that he would be happy to help me. Not new iPhone and I went inside to the desk and this nice young gentleman Will Adams immediately smiled and said that he would be happy to help me. Not only did he pair my phone, but since it had been over 5 years since I’ve had technology service, he took the time to go over all of the features of my car again, which was a BIG help!
