I always have a great experience when visiting this dealership. My regular service consultant was not available because he transferred to sales, so Vanessa took care of me. I've had nothing but pleasant, courteous and professional service experiences every time. My recent vehicle service was no different! I was late, and arrived during lunch hour and there was only one service advisor available - Brian Dowless! Brian was phenomenal! He promptly got my vehicle in and get me in a loaner and on my way, BEFORE he had lunch. Brian's service is indicative of what I've come to expect from everyone at Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte!
