I purchased my Lexus from Hendrick in 2017. It has been a good car overall. I do not utilize the service dept. I took my car in today for a recall issue. Let me say, I have had zero issues with It has been a good car overall. I do not utilize the service dept. I took my car in today for a recall issue. Let me say, I have had zero issues with this car, no check engine lights, no temp lights, nothing. I keep the oil changed, have had brakes done and just replaced battery. At my last oil change an overall inspection was done and none of the tagged issues were found. As I said, it is 7 yrs old and has 117,000 miles. At today's appointment the next thing I know the advisor comes out with a list of things that need immediate attention. $9100 worth! Of this, $4300 was labor cost! $4300!! Are you kidding me? I took it to my mechanic when I returned to Fort Mill. He got a really good laugh and said he wondered how they sleep at night. Unless you have no other options, do not use the service dept at this dealership. More
