We basically negotiated on the trade difference, arranged terms via text and phone discussions, and I just had to go in, test drive to make sure I liked it, and sign the papers. It's my first Lexus and won't be my last! Alicia Haley was very helpful with demonstrating and setting up the vehicle technology features as well, near closing time on a Friday!
