Getting the title, tags and registration was a disaste. Purchased a 2016 Lexus RX 350. Wrong date of sale on paperwork causing temporary tags to expire early. Found out nothing had been done to apply for tags, registration or title. After numerous calls to answering machines we were assured it would be taken care of. When the title came it was for a 2013 Chevrolet. The registration had the wrong name on it. We paid an exorbitant fee to have the handled. I think we are entitled to a refund which will never happen. Bought many cars and this was by far the worst experience we ever had. Gave 3stars because all was well until I wrote a check for the car. More

He is prompt, responsive, and he listens to what is important to us. He understands that in today's hectic world, that getting his clients in and out as quickly as possible, with the best price possible are extremely important, and he handled all of our transactions without a single hitch. Everyone always wants to have a good customer experience, and we will tell you it was a GREAT customer experience! We live in South Carolina but it is well worth the drive (again and again) to deal with a professional such as Bruce who truly looks out for their clients.
