I just had another good visit to Hendrick Lexus- East Blvd, Charlotte, NC. I dealt with Service Advisor Jeff Granzen, as I always do, and he was just great, as usual. Everything started right on time and Jeff went over what needed to be done beforehand. The work was done excellently and the price was as quoted and very reasonable. I spent my waiting time in their spacious, well lit, waiting lounge with a complimentary soft drink (snacks are available too).I interacted with other staff and they were all uniformly pleasant and knowledgeable and more than willing to help you. Just another great visit - but that is routine at this venue! Thanks all. More

Took my 2020 RX 350 in to Jeff Grantzen for a recall on the fuel pump. He had me a loaner reserved and 4 hours later had my car back with a great car wash.
