Came in 7/29 to have my 2019 ES 350 checked. That was taken care of in less than 2 hours by Service Department. After that I had few questions regarding the technology of my car. Thursday she took the time to come outside to my car with me and assisted with some additional questions about my Sirius and Lexus Enform.
