Exemplary Customer Service & Support I bought my first Lexus from Hendrick Lexus - Charlotte in 2010. I had no way of knowing it at the time but this initial purchase forever changed how I bought my first Lexus from Hendrick Lexus - Charlotte in 2010. I've since purchased three additional vehicles from this dealership. When you buy a Lexus you have piece of mind that you are purchasing one of the best luxury vehicle ownership experiences money can buy. When you buy one from Hendrick Lexus - Charlotte you become a part of their family. It's a first name basis, how are the kids, what did you do last weekend kind of relationship. The purchasing aspect of car ownership is over in a day. Servicing a vehicle can be decades long. The family approach to customer service is perhaps best exemplified in how Jeff (Granzen) and Anthony (Dowless) interact with the customer (family member). Both are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to answer any question you may have. You never feel rushed or hurried. They treat your vehicle like it is their personal vehicle. I'm so pleased with their work that I now have my Toyota branded vehicles serviced at the dealership. Bottom line... They are the best of the best! More
