These people are slimy. My 20 yr old daughter bought her first car from them and they really screwed her over. The car has had nothing but problems. They also sold her a “platinum” warranty and told her first car from them and they really screwed her over. The car has had nothing but problems. They also sold her a “platinum” warranty and told her how great it would be for someone her age and how it covers everything... NO it does NOT cover everything. The fuel pump just went on the car. She was stranded in Colorado at 1am in the morning coming home from the airport. We are now finding out the warranty does not cover this. She got the car 6 months ago. Earlier this year we took the car to the Hendrick BMW dealership for service and they gave us a mechanics report saying the car had not had the oil changed since 2019 and it needed brakes (just months after we bought it). When I called Hendrick Lexus where we bought it they told me the oil was changed it just didn’t register on the car?? And that the brakes were over the 50% requirement. Hmmm. And then there was the $4000 service estimate. OUTRAGEOUS we were able to take it else where and get the work done at almost 1/2 that price. Complete xxxxxxxx. So disappointed with the overall experience. They took advantage of a my daughter because she was young and naive. More
