I have never, ever had an experience that was as fulfilling as the one I had a Hendrick Lexus. And for that I must credit Bruce. The move that sold me on the deal; is when they decided to go and retreive a car from Raleigh for me. He did treat us like most salesman would. Granted the fact that there was a sale to be made and I wanted a new car. My time was valuable and so was his but during the whole deal his attitude never change he was patient, kind and very caring. I know I will not drive any other care other than a LEXUS. Thanks Ron, I feel like a trillion bucks riding in my dream car. Three years of research and ten years of waiting was worth it. More
I have been in charge of hundreds of employees over the past fifty years and I would love to have Lawrence working for me. He is friendly but also professional. He tries his best to please! Buying a car from Neal Robbins was easier than I could have ever hoped for. He is a no pressure person and easy going; I don't want to call him a sales person...he helped me buy a car......he did not sel have ever hoped for. His approach was to help me find the car I wanted and then he listened to what I had to say during the buying / negotiation process. Forget the typical sales talk; Neal is straight forward and professional I got the car I wanted at a very fair price and a tremendous trade in allowance for my car. My car is financed through Lexus financial; it was a breeze. Limited paper work and someone was there to answer all my questions and believe me i have a lot. My car was delivered on the day and time I needed it. Neal went over every part of the car and its operations in a way I could understand. By the time I drove it off the lot I felt comfortable driving my new car. He followed-up to make sure I was enjoying the car and if there was anything I needed additional "training" on i.e. the Navigation System and Parking assist that are truly unbelievable. So now I can listen to my iPod while driving down the road and answer my iPhone hands free ie the Bluetooth....hey this is fun. Oh by the way, i have driven a Lexus since 1994, the service department at Hendrick Lexus is 5 Star; every customer is treated like you are their only one. You always know what they are going to do for your car, how much it will cost and how long it will take. They can even email you the reports with pictures! There is no guess work here; they are prepared with the ultimate in technology and are experts at their jobs. You just won't believe the great service. Thanks Hendrick Lexus and thank you Neal for all your help. I am really loving my new Lexus! More
