Kimmy was my technology support specialist with my recent experience. She was very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. I'm not great with technology in vehicles but she definitely made it easy for me. She assisted with setting up my wifi, Bluetooth connection and taught me how to use the navigation system which is important for these long trips. This new Lexus is equipped with the best features that are mostly overlooked but she took time to explain the little things like how to unlock the door, change the wiper speed and place the car in park. Seems simple but needed explanation for drivers like me. I couldn't be happier with my team at Lexus and my new 2023!! I'll be back in about 36 months or less to buy another one.
