He will make SURE your car is perfect before you get it back and he has the wonderful friendly personality to prove it. 😀 If you own a Lexus , it is the MOST RELIABLE CAR YOU CAN BUY. I HAVE BEEN BUYING THEM OVER 25 YEARS. The last 3 IS250s I have owned costs approximate $1500 in repair cost--not for one car but 3 cars.. That is averaging $500 repair cost for a car during ownership. You can't get that from any other brand. If you buy a great car, the car deserves Hendrick Lexus service--only the best will do. If you need to buy another one, go see Clayton in sales 🚘. No one can touch his experience and expertise. And no one knows the details of selecting a good new or previously owned car as Clayton. Clayton can point out minute details that 99% of people will never find or see. He will find you the one in a hundred new or previously owned Lexus that you are looking for. I know as I have bought, sold, raced, restored and detailed cars for over 40 years and these two people are all you need to know when it comes to Lexus. Not like it used to be I've been dealing with Hendrick Lexus for about 15 years, and have always thought their service department was top notch. But they don't seem to be " I've been dealing with Hendrick Lexus for about 15 years, and have always thought their service department was top notch. But they don't seem to be "on top of it" as much as they used to be. Some big things, some small things. This last service it was small things. I got a loaner, but expected to get my car back that afternoon. It seems they have a new thing where they don't call you and tell you about your car and get the okay to do work, they just send you a text with a link to click on where you get a report and the option to say do or don't do the work. Would have been nice if they'd told me to expect that new thing. Then on the app I approved or didn't approve of the work and then called the service man. He didn't answer and I left a message asking when the car would be ready and if not today then what about the loaner. I got no call back. I called again. And again and left another message. I called the service department in general and left a message. I went online on chat and tried to send something in. Again, unbeknownst to me, they had changed their hours and again, it would have been nice if the service man had said what the hours were and also would have been very nice if he'd told me that if the car needed to be kept overnight I was fine to keep the loaner at no charge. That was all on Saturday. Monday morning, when they opened, I called the service guy again and left another message. No call back. Eventually I got a call saying the car was finished and he didn't call me before because he figured he'd just wait until the car was ready and then call me. I wasn't pleased with that. He should have called right away. Used to everybody would be treated like kings and queens and attention to communication details were taken care of. Not anymore. When I went to pick up my car I went into the showroom to look at possibly trading up. I was in there for about 15 minutes and not a single soul came to see if I wanted to buy a new car. I spent some time in the accessories department and no one asked if I needed help. I'm just not seeing the excellent customer treatment I used to see there. I've bought 3 cars there, but now I'm no longer sure I'll buy my next new car there. They are okay, but not like they used to be. Sad to see. I used to enjoy going in there because of how I was treated. Now it's just an unpleasant chore. Don't get me wrong, they still do good work, it's just that the way they used to treat everybody like a VIP with great communication isn't there anymore. I would still recommend the dealership. More

When I arrived we discussed work and inspections to be completed plus maintenance issues that would be required soon. A complete test if my auto uncovered the need for a new battery.
