My Service Manager, Jeff Granzen was there when I brought my SUV in and he handled the appointment very professionally and in a most efficient way. Always organized and detailed, Mr.. Granzen did an excellent job attending to the service. He kept me informed of the work being done on my SUV and also the timeline.
