Definitely Recommend I bought my car last week from Hendrick Lexus. Not only did I buy a car from them, but I also sold them the car I was previously driving. I was given incredibly fair value for my car and also a very competitive price on my purchase. The staff at Hendrick Lexus was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and made buying my car simple and stress free. I worked with Josh Plummer as my sales rep and he was top notch. He stayed in contact with me through out the whole process and made sure that every need I had was taken care of. I also worked with Tyler Johnson who is the operations Manager. He was extremely personable and made me feel like I was a member of his family when buying from Hendrick Lexus. I made a choice and now I have no regrets and in fact I feel fortunate to come to Hendrick and meet John. Now what makes this dealership so special, 1st and last, all of there staff is so much friendly. Whenever I go to dealership for my service appointment I feel honored. This was a very pleasant experience. I went to the dealership the week before Xmas to purchase a LS460L. However, they did not have the exterior and interior color combination that I wanted. I kept going back and they still could not locate a car. However, on the 10th of January I had a planned trip and I was expecting to have the car, but I had no new car. On January 8th Tony informed me that they found the car, but it was on the ship in Jacksonville Florida, and they could not have it in Charlotte before I leave for my trip. They apologized and gave me a 2013 LS460L (fill with gas) to drive on my trip and promised that the car would be in by the 15th. They made good on their promise, I took delivery of my car and we are happy. Now that is outstanding Customer Service. This is out second purchase from Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte. I would recommend this dealership. All of the associates are very friendly and eagle to help. More
brung car in for reg. service and to replace parking sensor in front bumper from fender binder several months back. parking sensor was already in noted of needing replaced. told the service advisor of t sensor in front bumper from fender binder several months back. parking sensor was already in noted of needing replaced. told the service advisor of this and that insurance company would pay for this services. well, I'll say this, I've had several cars(lexus) in this service shop and I with say this was the worst experience I have ever had. for me the customer to tell the service advisor what I want done to my car, to hearing back from the adjuster from the insurance company, that he is not paying for the damaged parking sensor because the service advisor told him, that the parking sensor wasn't functioning correctly due to a minor mishap at the bodyshop that repaired my car. BUT, the other parking sensor still work even though the mishap from the bodyshop was also in with the parking sensor that need to be replaced. I got (3) different answers from (3) different advisors on the problem with the parking sensor. Very poor decision making on lexus service. Could write more but I hope you get where I am coming from. The damaged parking sensor is still in my bumper because of what lexus service advisor decided to tell an insurance adjuster. I wonder if the adjuster got (3) different answers. Finally, I ask the my service advisor (josh) what about 10% off for all my troubles, HE TOLD ME HE COULD NOT GIVE DISCOUNTS!!!!! I have gotten 10% off other times when I bring my car in for service. I really hope HE never gave a 10% discount to ANY OTHER LEXUS OWNER FOR ANY SERVICE. If he did, maybe he needs to sale cars instead of fixing them. It's also be said that sale-men tell lies to make a sale. (I did have an on-line 10% off coupon) Really hope Hendrick Lexus can help me get this problem resolved for the mess they made. I never had any problems from the service dept and I hope this will be the first and last. More
Called this dealership to inquire about a vehicle. Was told that there were many of that type for me to choose from, got to the dealership and there was only one of those types avail, brought the car arou told that there were many of that type for me to choose from, got to the dealership and there was only one of those types avail, brought the car around for me to test drive and there was scratches all over it and the car had to be jumped off in order to test drive it.
