Great, no stress experience I had come in just browsing and found an Infiniti I was interested in. Client advisor Luke Parker greeted me and it was a great experience from there. There was another Infiniti at the northlake location I asked him about and he promptly inquired about it and brought it to the store for a test drive. The entire step of the way he was attentive providing me with updates. This was by far the easiest and most stress free car buying experience. Even after the sale Luke followed up to make sure I was happy. Make sure if you go to this store to ask for #LexusLuke :) He is the best! More
"Extremely Disappointed" in the Service/ Pre-Owned Sales Mgr On 5/29/2015 I bought an Certified Pre-owned 2012 ES350 with 27,500. I've had to bring my car back to Lexus over 4 times now to get my bumper and plas On 5/29/2015 I bought an Certified Pre-owned 2012 ES350 with 27,500. I've had to bring my car back to Lexus over 4 times now to get my bumper and plastic cover under the engine replaced, correctly. You would think that on a Certified vehicle this should've been fixed when the inspection took place to certify this car the 1st time around! But someone did not do their job here when I called Jerry Rinnix, Pre-Owned Sales Manager to make him aware. For the 5th time that yet again I am having issue with my grill now, due to my bumper not being installed properly. It's causing a part of the grill to pop off the tracks that holds it in place to to the bumper. I do NOT appreciate the tone of frustration that Jerry Rinnix took with me when I called him to express my concerns on this matter! He as the Pre-Owned Sales Mgr has a duty to make sure that his Certificated Pre-owned inventory vehicles are in great standings. Yet again it is not correctly fixed to say that I am frustrated, disappointed and upset is a mere understatement!!!!! This is very unacceptable and I will be calling the corporate office on this matter to make them aware of what has occurred and how I'm being made feel and treated as a customer. I have purchased and owned 3 Acura's and not one time have I experience such POOR service from the service department and Pre-Owned Service Manager, NEVER!!!! I will not recommend anyone to this Lexus location on Independence. I myself will ONLY do business with North Lake Lexus. If my car needs any type of service it will never come to this location not even for a car wash! The only good and positive experience at this location was my Salesperson Oliver Quick. Highly disappointed in the service consultant. To be honest, I am a person who never complains nor write reviews. However, today picking up my vehicle from service consultant, Bobby Thurbon I am hi To be honest, I am a person who never complains nor write reviews. However, today picking up my vehicle from service consultant, Bobby Thurbon I am highly disappointed (very). He's a friendly cool guy - It's an act. He'll soon get disappointed or upset if you don't agree with him. He'll pressure you like xxxx to get your car fix when you repeatedly say NO. Throughout the whole process of trying to get my vehicle service (dropped my car off Thursday - picked it back up Wednesday), after explaining what my problem is with my car, Bobby already suggested what the problem is for my vehicle without even taking a look at my car. His exact words, "I can guarantee this, that. I am 100% sure the issue is this, that. I won't even charge you the $125 diagnosis fee for it. because I am so sure the issue is that." I took his words and agreed that if the problem is what he said, go ahead and fix the issue. However, I get a call later to find out, that wasn't the issue. It was something else that would cost me almost $2000 to fix. I'm not sure if they're just trying to scam me for money, you know how dealerships work. I disagree on letting them service my car because I didn't have that much money to get it fix. When I told Bobby that I no longer want them to service my car, I could tell he got really upset with my decision and tried to pressure me to get it fix, I still agree on no because I did not have the money. He then charged me the diagnostic fee just for checking out the car when he told me he would help me save money by just telling me what the issue was, without checking the car out. When I brought that to his attention, he then said to me, "Not to be ugly, but nothing is free." I don't mind paying for the fee, but the fact that he mentioned to me before that he knew what the issue was and will not charge me for it. I just decided to pay the fee so I can get the xxxx out of his office. Again, I am a loyal customer to Lexus of purchasing my previous cars here and getting it fix, with Bobby, I hope I never get a service consultant like him again. If I do, I'll ask for someone else. Because of him, Lexus do not live up to their name - "pursuit of perfection". If you do get him, good luck - observe him well then you'll see. If I were you, I'd change to someone else. More
Waste of time & I felt like a chump I researched Lexus and emailed the dealer in Charlotte to confirm they had pre-owned vehicles that met my requirements. (I had two features I wanted on the car as "Must Haves."). Hendricks emailed me back and called me. At that point the sales rep confirmed that two vehicles matched my requirements. I visited the dealership and met with a very friendly sales person. He showed me the two vehicles but when i asked him to test drive the car to demonstrate the safety features he hesitated and then confirmed that the two cars in fact did NOT have the features I required. He then offered to sell me a new car with those features. I felt humiliated and like I was taken advantage. What a waste of time. The feeling I got, which i can not prove, is that the pitch to sell me a new car was so smooth it seemed like he knew it from the start. Too bad. I like the product but now I will never buy a car from Hendrick. I feel like a chump and Hendricks should be ashamed. More
