We were previous BMW owners, but after our last X3 and 3 series gave us so man My husband & I had a wonderful experience at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte. We were previous BMW owners, but after our last X3 and 3 series gave us so many issues and spending over $10K in repairs, we were ready to get rid of it and find a more reliable car brand. We spent a few weeks shopping around at different dealerships, but the moment we walked into the Lexus dealership & met Jaysen Coffil, we felt welcomed and knew we wanted to work with him to get our next car. He made us feel very comfortable and we never felt pressure to purchase a car that same day like many dealerships we went into. From the test drive to the final paperwork, him and the Lexus team made our experience so seamless and easy.
