Overall, it was probably the most pleasant car dealership experience I've ever had. I was in and out in a few hours with a car. I'd definitely recommend Caleb and Hendrick Lexus. More

Getting the title, tags and registration was a disaste. Purchased a 2016 Lexus RX 350. Wrong date of sale on paperwork causing temporary tags to expire early. Found out nothing had been done to apply for tags, registration or title. After numerous calls to answering machines we were assured it would be taken care of. When the title came it was for a 2013 Chevrolet. The registration had the wrong name on it. We paid an exorbitant fee to have the handled. I think we are entitled to a refund which will never happen. Bought many cars and this was by far the worst experience we ever had. Gave 3stars because all was well until I wrote a check for the car. More

In the seven years we have been dealing with Bruce, he has always kept our best interest at the forefront of his search for the very best vehicle to meet our needs. He is prompt, responsive, and he listens to what is important to us. He understands that in today's hectic world, that getting his clients in and out as quickly as possible, with the best price possible are extremely important, and he handled all of our transactions without a single hitch. Everyone always wants to have a good customer experience, and we will tell you it was a GREAT customer experience! We live in South Carolina but it is well worth the drive (again and again) to deal with a professional such as Bruce who truly looks out for their clients. The entire staff made us feel as if we were THE most important client at the time. This is not your average dealership. You could tell that the employees we met took pride in what they do, and it's reflected in the overall atmosphere throughout the dealership. Very Pleasant Buying Experience I had just recently started looking for a new vehicle and had really no intention of buying until late May or early June. I wasn't exactly sure what I had just recently started looking for a new vehicle and had really no intention of buying until late May or early June. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, however I did have my search narrowed down to about 10 vehicles. One of those vehicles was the RC 350 F Sport. When I arrived I was greeted very professionally and then was introduced to Robin Hill. I explained my situation to her and she listened attentively and was not at all put off by the fact that I would not be purchasing for approximately 2 months. She showed me several of the RC 350's on the lot, both new and Certified Pre-Owned. The one I liked the most was a Certified Pre-Owned and even though I was not buying that day, she took her time to show me the car (which I really liked) and went over the benefits of purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned. There was absolutely no pressure from her. I asked if we could just take a look at the numbers on the car. While she was working the numbers I came to the realization that this was a sales experience like I have never experienced. Robin was very professional and personable during the entire process. Instead of sitting there talking with a salesperson, I felt like I was sitting there talking with an old friend. She made my fiancee feel the same way. Since I had already decided during my visit that the RC 350 F Sport was going to be my next car in two months, I decided that solely based on my dealing with Robin I would go ahead and make the purchase that day. I really love the new car, but I also really loved the entire sales experience. More
