First , wouldn’t pass inspection because of window tint and i purchased it like that. I paid fof they. They redid the windows then they inspected it which they charged . We live a hour and 15 minutes away so it’s not just easy to plan this . Then about 6 months later we get a letter and need to bring it down for a recall , we drive hour 15 minutes there , they give us a loaner , we drive back the next day and pick up , this has been a lot of time & money in gas . He only had the car little of a year. Also , we called about window tinting and explained we couldn’t get it inspected no problem bring it in we will take care of it . Then when we were giving all info to leave car , they ask how we were going to pay ? No , your suppose to fix , then had to explain problem again , it’s not that persons fault it’s the person who takes information over the phone should have that written down, do there is no confusion . Another thing you should have all the paperwork ready just read over it & sign . Everytime we have to wait on someone to do paperwork, paperwork should be ready . ( Just my opinion ) More

I have told the finance manager I don't want to buy any additional coverage as I may just keep this car for one or two years. Then he let me sign electrically and didn't show me anything about the additional package price and add it. All he has told about the price is 15k down and 19k sth loan, however when I signed everything and hurry to campus for student class. I thought about the monthly number is 435 should be wrong as it will 380 sth for 60 month and 6.05% rate, and I call ed him back and knew he add a almost 7000 package and changed my term to 72 months without noticed me. I thought he knew I was hurry so he wanted to add the package for profit. It was a cheat! I have bought several cars even in this dealership I bought a ES 2015, no matter how much is the negotiation about the price, they shouldn't push you or cheat you to buy any package. In the phone the finance manager said what he can do is just cancel and send a refund to the loan company as the loan has been processed. But I knew that should be some interest add to my account. Then I drove back and miss an important class as I have to meet them by person to complain that. Then under my insist, he said the loan was not in process and can be resign. Now everything is done but I was so confused and sad with the process being cheated. More
