I had several service items done and everything was perfect, actually the results were better than I expected. He went above and beyond, called me after hours to ensure I knew what was happening because he would be off the next day due to his wife having surgery. During that day he contacted me to let me know the update and urged that I call him if I had any questions or concerns and then set up the crew to help me upon my arrival to drop off the beautiful loaner vehicle and pick up my car. I pulled in and had immediate response, two others to check out my bill, another to wash and bring my car around. I really cant say enough about the level of service provided by this dealership. I will definitely ask for Brian Dowley again for my next service. I also was super impressed with the video sent to me from Frank the Tech showing ever detail of the underneath of my car, good or needing to be addressed while up on the lift. Simply "First Class!"
