He told me not to worry about arriving after 6pm--just drive careful given the construction on Independence Blvd--just keep him posted if I will be late. He called and informed me my car was ready for pickup and when I told him it may be 6:15pm before I arrive, he said no worries. I requested an extra service through the detail department and when I got in my car it looked great! Thanks Rupen...I will certainly call you the next time I need service. 50,000 mile service I scheduled my service apt for 1030 am, and had requested a loaner car for the few hours it would take to service my vehicle. I am also considering a trade and he was extremely helpful in answering my questions. I requested an appraisal while my car was in service, however this was not done.
