Cliff did a great job and was very prompt and professional. We contacted and actually visited our local dealer, but decided to travel the (100) miles based on phone conversations with Cliff. He professional. We contacted and actually visited our local dealer, but decided to travel the (100) miles based on phone conversations with Cliff. He was able to find our specific car request (color, features, etc.) at a competitive price; determine the price of our trade-in; and email full numbers including sales tax, tags, etc. Upon our visit to the dealership to complete the sale, Cliff was outstanding walking us through the purchase process and explaining the new features of the vehicle. If Cliff had worked for the local dealer, I am confident we would not have needed to drive (100) miles. Bill Burleigh More

I visited them today about a used IS250 listed on line for $23,999. Edmunds.com lists the car for just over $20,000 in "Clean" condition and $18,000 in "Average" condition. Prior to visiting I printed th for $23,999. Edmunds.com lists the car for just over $20,000 in "Clean" condition and $18,000 in "Average" condition. Prior to visiting I printed the CarFax from their website which showed an accident in 02/10. I went to the dealership, test drove it, and began the sales process. The first number the guy handed me was $24,490, $491 MORE than it was listed for! Secondly, I asked for the CarFax report and was told that "He couldn't find it because another salesperson currently had it". I told him that's fine, I have my own copy from their website and I wanted to know more about the accident it had been in. He looked like a deer in the headlights, promptly said my CarFax was incorrect and left the office. After 15 minutes of watching him go up and down the halls of the dealership he returned with his copy of the CarFax that did indeed show no accident. However, his copy ended 12/09 and mine was current. He then promptly went and printed a new copy and was "shocked and amazed" that the car had been in an accident. I then proceeded to tell him that I would like information regarding this accident in which he told me "it's impossible to find that information out", and then he offered me the car for $23,400. I told him the most I would be willing to pay for the car was the Edmunds.com True Market Value price which was between $16,000 and $18,000 which he promptly told me I was wasting his time. Needless to say I left and will NOT return to that dealership for any of my car buying needs. More
I brought my Lexus to this dealer (Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte NC) for fixing the power steering fluid leak. They charged me nearly $2000 to fix it and I agreed to have them fix the problem thinking t Charlotte NC) for fixing the power steering fluid leak. They charged me nearly $2000 to fix it and I agreed to have them fix the problem thinking they are charging premium but will do the job right. Next thing I know, the power steeling fluid still leaking after I paid for that service. I brought the car back and they want to charge $1500 more to fix it again. They are claiming that this leak is come from the different problem (rack and pinion not the pump that they fixed). I ended up paid another $180 for being stupid enought to bring the car back for for them to just to look at. I took the car to a mom-and-pop service shop and they fixed it for les than 1/2 the costs of Hendrick want to charge me. I am not a mechanic. All I know is my power steering fluid leak and I want it fixed. Why didn't they detect the problems and fix it the first time or at least, tell me what items need fixing, instead of fail to fix it the first time and try to charge me again for the same problem? I felt like being milked by this dealer and vowed not to bring my car there again and will think twice before bying another Lexus products. I gave rating 2 for customer service for the dealer's policy to provide customer a loaner car while their car in service. Other than that, I have no other positive thing to say about this experience. I purchased a certified 2000 SC400 over the internet from Hendrick. The car was represented to be in perfect cond. They didn't inspect it properly, or make the necessary repairs, and the exterior condition Hendrick. The car was represented to be in perfect cond. They didn't inspect it properly, or make the necessary repairs, and the exterior condition of the car was substandard. Tthe paint was highly chipped, swirled and pitted on all top surfaces, the interior front seats had the leather surface buffed off, the stereo system was non-functional (and still doesn't work after 5 trips to my local dealer), the drivers seat motor didn't work, the rear tail lights were out, the air cond. was stale-smelling. All in all this car should NEVER have been certified and should have been wholesaled out. Hendrick did not take responsibility for fixing the car's flaws prior to selling it and did not admit the car needed repairs, even after all flaws were documented by Lexus service personnel in Los Angeles. Lexus customer service (national) also did NOTHING to assist in curing the defects, other than the mechanical ones. The terrible condition of the interior seats, and the outside paint, including a severely pitted windshield, were not cured by either Hendrick or Lexus. I would NEVER buy another Lexus from Hendrick, nor would I ever buy another Lexus certified vehicle without seeing the car in person because once you buy it, they will do NOTHING to fix anything other than a "covered" part under the certification, meaning only mechanical failures. I was a former owner of a certified1995 SC400 bought locally in So. Calif. with no problems or issues but this experience with Hendrick over this internet purchase of the 2000 SC400 has been extremely frustrating. Hendrick did not act in good faith in representing the true condition of the car and did nothing to accept responsibility and agree to cure the cosmetic defects, which were substantial, or properly inspect the car, fix the mechanical defects, and cure the cosmetic issues (repaint the vehicle and replace/repair the seats). A big "thumbs down" - do NOT buy a car from them, or any Lexus dealer, over the internet, that is a certified vehicle because if you have problems when you receive it, and if it's not what was represented, you are going to be left out in the cold........... Shame on Hendrick Lexus and Lexus National Customer Service, they have soured me from every buying another Lexus certified vehicle again. More
Service experience at Hendrick Lexus is superb. The only problem that has arisen with my 2001 GS300 in 56K miles was a rhythmic popping noise on one radio station that became noticeable at 39K miles. At th problem that has arisen with my 2001 GS300 in 56K miles was a rhythmic popping noise on one radio station that became noticeable at 39K miles. At the time of a routine service, I brought it to the attention of the service writer who instantly said he would order a new radio. Three days later a technician arrived at my office in an RX300 and installed the new radio in about 15 mins. House calls! Everyone at Hendrick Lexus is very professional and friendly. The dealership facility is gorgeous, and the IS300 or RX330 loaner cars aren't bad either. You do pay for this, but so far I have found the routine service costs to be "standard high" rather than outrageous. Plus you save money on car washes! More

I easily reach 129 mph in it on the freeway and have only to do the normal maintenances on it. I've had it for a year now, ( I bought it used, of course) and I plan on putting over 250,000 miles on this car. The showroom at Hendrick Lexus is absolutely stunning and I was very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that they displayed. I highly recommend the professional staff at Hendrick Lexus. More
