This is my 3rd Lexus from this dealership This is the 3rd Lexus that I have purchased from this dealership. My sisters also drive a Lexus. I love that the service department offers an option of a loaner car, if I don't have time to wait. I love that there are drink and snack options available for consumption while waiting. The restrooms are immaculate and they even have an area designated as work stations. A really nice environment! I don't care for pushy salesmen, and Josh was perfect. He kept me informed on his inventory as I waited for the perfect car to arrive. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Great Service Jeffrey Granzen is by far the best service consultant I’ve dealt with EVER with any of my vehicles . He is very, very kind and very helpful . 90K Service Maintenance On 2010 Lexus RX350 I visited Hendrix Lexus Charlotte for the first time on 2/12/2019. My service consultant, Erin Gast, clearly explained to me what would be needed to c I visited Hendrix Lexus Charlotte for the first time on 2/12/2019. My service consultant, Erin Gast, clearly explained to me what would be needed to complete the 90,000 mile service. I had skipped one or two maintenance visits. Without my asking her, she also found that I had a service maintenance plan (that I had forgotten) that reduced the price by $270 for the 90K service. While servicing the car the mechanic recommended addressing grease leaking from stabilizer link boots, and to clean the fuel system, which I ok'd. 2 days later everything is working ok. Erin made the whole process comfortable, and on top of that, I was given a loaner to use until the next day. I'll update this review if the parts serviced by Hendrick start to give me problems, but I don't expect any problems. More

Ricky takes care of anything that is needed including making an appointment for me or arranging for a loaner car, if the service will be longer than I would like to wait.
