It was diagnosed, serviced, and washed in two hours. He did not try to upsell me but detailed clearly the issue for me and gave me all my options. Fixed oil control valve and car running like a dream. No pressure upsell and test drove vehicle and confirmed no other current issues. Every time I've had above & beyond service & care. Last week I initially went in because of vibrations & pulling. I got brake services & another condition was found & repaired. Since I was driving to Wash, DC the next day, I felt much more at ease that I had a safe trip to & from. My oil light came on this weekend & it wkend that didn't go off & ii couldn't get off work again. Michael Mirek offered me a quick time slot on my lunch hr & services my car once again so efficiently & promptly. He also volunteered & did to replace my worn wipers (much needed but I forgot to tell them about in advance), after my car was already serviced. Still timely, very courteous & helpful! *Also Jeff Granzen and Bobby Thornton stepped up and did above and beyond to help me repeatedly. I love working with Independence Hendrick Lexus because they exceptional in their care of ME & my car! More
