She was involved 100% in the viewing of the car and covered all new features while answering all questions that I had. Kathy introduced me to Sam Nazar in finance and Sam was very professional and offered good information on protection options for the car. In addition, Kathy introduced me to Ivan Blair, IT Professional, that patiently covered and reviewed new and older electronic features of the new Lexus. The entire time that I spent with these professionals Kathy was close by making sure that my questions were answered and to make the buying experience a special one. All of these professionals took the extra step to make sure that I was satisfied before I left the dealership.
