I just want to say that your service department goes above and beyond where customer service is concerned. Erin kept me posted of when a loaner vehicle came in to the dealership and had it cleaned and above and beyond where customer service is concerned. Erin kept me posted of when a loaner vehicle came in to the dealership and had it cleaned and ready to go for me; since I was unable to leave work, she personally delivered the vehicle to my office across the street and then brought my car back to the service department. We stayed in touch on progress updates and any suggested work and she had my vehicle ready to go outside for me as soon as I arrived. Erin is as knowledgeable as she is kind and courteous and is an asset that will keep customers coming back over and over. More
