Getting the title, tags and registration was a disaste. Purchased a 2016 Lexus RX 350. Wrong date of sale on paperwork causing temporary tags to expire early. Found out nothing had been done to apply for ta Purchased a 2016 Lexus RX 350. Wrong date of sale on paperwork causing temporary tags to expire early. Found out nothing had been done to apply for tags, registration or title. After numerous calls to answering machines we were assured it would be taken care of. When the title came it was for a 2013 Chevrolet. The registration had the wrong name on it. We paid an exorbitant fee to have the handled. I think we are entitled to a refund which will never happen. Bought many cars and this was by far the worst experience we ever had. Gave 3stars because all was well until I wrote a check for the car. More
