He was always friendly and could explain what we needed to know about our car. The mechanics did a great job too. Chris moved on to a sales position and we bought a Lexus from him. His replacement in service was Jeffrey Granzen. We could not be more pleased with the courteous, knowledgable and friendly service that he has provided for many years. He has always taken an interest in us. He has listened to our questions and has answered them professionally.
