He was always friendly and could explain what we needed to know about our car. The mechanics did a great job too. Chris moved on to a sales position and we bought a Lexus from him. Since this was a non scheduled visit Jeffrey Granzen found me a loaner while parts were obtained and the unit fixed (several days).
