My service consultant, Erin Gast, clearly explained to me what would be needed to complete the 90,000 mile service. I had skipped one or two maintenance visits. Without my asking her, she also found that I had a service maintenance plan (that I had forgotten) that reduced the price by $270 for the 90K service. While servicing the car the mechanic recommended addressing grease leaking from stabilizer link boots, and to clean the fuel system, which I ok'd. 2 days later everything is working ok. Erin made the whole process comfortable, and on top of that, I was given a loaner to use until the next day. I'll update this review if the parts serviced by Hendrick start to give me problems, but I don't expect any problems. More
