When you buy a Lexus you have piece of mind that you are purchasing one of the best luxury vehicle ownership experiences money can buy. When you buy one from Hendrick Lexus - Charlotte you become a part of their family. It's a first name basis, how are the kids, what did you do last weekend kind of relationship. The purchasing aspect of car ownership is over in a day. Servicing a vehicle can be decades long. The family approach to customer service is perhaps best exemplified in how Jeff (Granzen) and Anthony (Dowless) interact with the customer (family member). Both are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to answer any question you may have. You never feel rushed or hurried. They treat your vehicle like it is their personal vehicle.
