Even my last purchase prior with Clayton King was nothing but exceptional. Sadly, one persons behavior nearly destroyed that experience for me. We all have bad days but that is not an excuse to treat anyone with complete disregard and lack of respect. I left the dealership in tears vowing to not return to Lexus. All my great experiences were diminished in less than 15 minutes. I accept the apologies but how you make someone feel has a very lasting Impression. Robin called me the next day and told me she would make it right. I did not expect that she’d be able to do just that. Her persistence in not giving up paid off.
