I had an excellent experience in leasing a new GX360 SUV from Hendricks Lexus in Charlotte. I have been purchasing vehicles for personal as well as business use for over 20 years and have dreaded having to from Hendricks Lexus in Charlotte. I have been purchasing vehicles for personal as well as business use for over 20 years and have dreaded having to go through all the processes normally associated with purchases because not only was it time consuming, there were always games or "sales techniques" that were transparent and insulting to your business senses. Even though I live over 70 miles from Charlotte, it will be very likely that future purchases will be made with Hendricks Lexus in the future. More

Sam Nazar was very helpful with the buy out of my lease. I had the car inspected and discovered my front tires were balled.. Therefore, we cldn't proceed w/ the purchase of the car. Someone at Hendrick's was with us the entire time answering questions and to show us where we need to come to have service work done when the time comes. They explained how the features of the car work and offered to meet with me at any time I have questions. As you know you just can't learn everything at one time, so I called back several times with questions and without hesitation was given the best service possible.
