My first call Hendricks I spoke with Erin who was knowledgeable, and worked with trying to locate the car I wanted She could not be there on my visit to the dealership so Alex took over. He wa knowledgeable, and worked with trying to locate the car I wanted She could not be there on my visit to the dealership so Alex took over. He was knowledgeable of the cars and I quickly decided I wanted the rx350 sport. Red with black interior which he and his supervisor worked to locate. Paul helped with the paper work and service contracts and did a great job. Worked out a rental and they delivered my car on Monday as they predicted. I have dealt with Johnson Lexus in Raleigh.
