I went to test drive the RX today and can’t say enough about the experience I had at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte. Every step of the experience was fantastic. My salesman Glenn Worthman was knowledgeable abou about the experience I had at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte. Every step of the experience was fantastic. My salesman Glenn Worthman was knowledgeable about every inch of the vehicle (no pressure), Orlando went above and beyond getting me where I wanted to be (no pressure)and did a sweet little jig, Paul Tsiolkas made the finance portion completely seamless and Xavier Hamilton did a spectacular job walking me through the technology portion step by step. Xavier took away every bit of my anxiety with the tech and programming answering all my questions and was so patient. This is my first Lexus purchase and won’t be my last. Great job all around at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte what a great team!!!!! More

I am giving this Hendrick Dealership a 4/5 rating and the rating is focused mainly on changes made by Lexus that the dealership and myself have yet to understand. My new 2021 GX460 PREMIUM unlike my 2016 GX rating is focused mainly on changes made by Lexus that the dealership and myself have yet to understand. My new 2021 GX460 PREMIUM unlike my 2016 GX460 PREMIUM does not have POWER SIDE VIEW MIRRORS. This means - living in a condo with very tight vertical garage doors - that I need to enter/exit my SUV EVERY TIME to avoid damaging the vehicle. This is the 3rd or 4th Lexus I have owned and it is an extreme disappointment. There is no way to retro fit to correct the issue. WHAT WAS LEXUS THINKING? LEXUS - PLEASE RESPOND! More
