On my most recent service, David Machold was my service consul service. I usually do not ask for any one in particular, because they are all so good. He is knowledgeable about all Lexus cars and he explained everything clearly about my car, and took care of the car promptly and efficiently. When making a service appointment, they always ask if you have a preferred service consultant to be assigned for your visit. I suggest you ask for David on your next visit. I certainly will. More
