I've worked with Clayton King on multiple occasions for my vehicle's service needs. Each time he's been very friendly, honest and patient, taking time to make sure I understand what's going on with my car my vehicle's service needs. Each time he's been very friendly, honest and patient, taking time to make sure I understand what's going on with my car and what my options are (even if that means it's in my best interest to have an issue taken care of someplace else). He maintains great communication throughout the service process so that I'm updated in timely manner and goes out of his way to make sure I have a positive experience from start to finish. I'll continue requesting Clayton any time I come to Hendrick Lexus Charlotte for service. More
Recently I had the pleasure of working with Robin Hill at Hendrick. She is professional, kind, and honest. She went far beyond what I imagined to make sure my experience was exceptional. If there was an award for the most exemplary employee, she would get it. She sets the standard for how to relate to her customer. Even my last purchase prior with Clayton King was nothing but exceptional. Sadly, one persons behavior nearly destroyed that experience for me. We all have bad days but that is not an excuse to treat anyone with complete disregard and lack of respect. I left the dealership in tears vowing to not return to Lexus. All my great experiences were diminished in less than 15 minutes. I accept the apologies but how you make someone feel has a very lasting Impression. Robin called me the next day and told me she would make it right. I did not expect that she’d be able to do just that. Her persistence in not giving up paid off. Lexus showed that they ARE about the customer by doing what they set out to do, make your experience unforgettable. Thank you Robin for what you did. I did purchase my vehicle. I love it. l went to this dealership twice, my 1st service I paid $1,500 bill for rear shocks repair & I had 1 wheel sensor replaced because the light was on, but they failed to wash my car. My 2nd service, My $1,500 bill for rear shocks repair & I had 1 wheel sensor replaced because the light was on, but they failed to wash my car. My 2nd service, My car still did not receive a car wash after, l paid $80 for Synthetic blend oil change which is Bullsh-. I change my own oil Alot less and use FULL Synthetic oil. This 2nd service, the tech advised me to replace All my wheel sensors due to age. xxx?? tech failed to read my history, l just replaced 1 sensor few weeks ago, and No light was on. VERY POOR SERVICE, Both visits to this dealership , they give me a List of recommendations BEFORE, addressing my original concern?? More

We had the absolute best experience! With Customer service like that in converted to a lifetime Lexus customer. I have always driven Fords and really don't need a luxury car but my husband wanted to service like that in converted to a lifetime Lexus customer.
