I moved to Charlotte seven years ago and have had my Lexus 430 service at the location on independence Boulevard since I have been here. Vanessa has been my service advisor for the past 5 to 6 years and has always provided excellent service and information. She is one of a kind. As far as I am concerned she sets the standard for service and excellence in the service market.
