Took my car in for 50000 mile checkup. Michael Myrick as usual took care of my car and after inspection suggested rear brakes as the indicator showed a need within 5,000 miles. I am a loyal customer and have leased many Lexus cars for both my wife and I. I have just moved here from NY and explained that I will need two new cars over the year as my leases were coming up. I was assigned to a salesman and explained my experience and history with Lexus. I did not want to go through the hassle of back and forth with the salesman and his manager. I know what I need and don’t want to be part of training their sales staff. Well to my disappointment, it was the old routine of trying to fool me with back and forth and waiting for hours to get down to a price. I am paying currently $339 per month on my Lexus. The salesman offered me $1100 per month and then $900 per month. They claimed inflation. I just received an advertisement offer of $469 per month. I went back to the same salesman and asked if he was trying to put one over on me? He said that I must have miss understood his offer or he miss understood my request. REALLY??? So I went to management and they assigned me a new salesperson. With a more reasonable price and no back and forth. More
