I just bought my first car at Hendrick Lexus and everyone was incredibly helpful! Clinton was an amazing sales associate and helped me find the perfect car. Donte assisted us with the finance process and wor was incredibly helpful! Clinton was an amazing sales associate and helped me find the perfect car. Donte assisted us with the finance process and worked hard to make it very quick and easy to understand. After everything was done, Ralph the technology specialist stayed late to show us all the great features the car had to offer. He was so nice and made sure to answer all of our questions. Great way to bring in the New Year! I found my 2025 Lexus IS 350 at Hendrick Lexus on 12/30/24 (evening). Nick called me bright and early on New Years Eve. We just left Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte and had a horrible experience. There was miscommunication about my arrival time as I stated I would arrive before 7p but someone put my appointment in as 1p. W horrible experience. There was miscommunication about my arrival time as I stated I would arrive before 7p but someone put my appointment in as 1p. When we got there I overhead BJ loudly talking about me saying the lady was supposed to be here at 1p and then she gone show up 4hrs later after texting stop. I interrupted and shared that I never said I was coming at 1p and that another person messaged me which is why I had responded stop as was wanting to work with Orlando. He apologized but was uncomfortable. In the test drive, he also seemed uncomfortable and was unaware that a 2022. Es f sport has a car charger—told us it was added in 2025 but we found it later. I wanted to buy the car and had put in an agreement offer online which wad declined in person. We understood and told BJ we would pass. Next Lamar came out and seemed to want to negotiate but had a terrible attitude. When he asked what we could do, my husband asked how close he could get to what we offered and he responded with an attitude “You act like we aint already discounted the car.” My youngest son who is only 15 said he sounded very disrespectful. I prefer to only drive a Lexus but do not think we will ever return to this lot, The Lexus dealership in Raleigh knows how to talk to and respect prospective customers. As a Lexus owner for over 20 years this was my worst experience with a Lexus dealership. Very disappointed starting with being loudly talked about upon arrival. Sales 101 would seem to include not talking in a negative way about a prospective customer in an open area, Will also share my concerns with management. More
